Basic Element companies expand partnership with NORINCO corporation

Oleg Deripaska proposes to adopt the Environmental Code

Today, when addressing a meeting of the RUIE bureau, Oleg Deripaska, CEO of Basic Element, called for the environmental regulation system to be reformed. He said environmental reforms could save approximately RUR 400 billion, which could then be invested in modernising and developing new technologies for industrial companies, while simultaneously increasing tax revenue by RUR 60 billion and saving the budget RUR 20 billion.
